Benefits and Features of Sponsorship:

• Access to our diverse group of attendees representing the 58 community colleges in North Carolina in the areas of sociology and psychology.
• Your choice of event or resource to sponsor. Signage will notify the participants of your generosity.
• A table within our main conference room for the Thursday and Friday conference days, during which attendees will browse during frequent breaks throughout the event.
• Access to discounted lodging rates within the block of rooms reserved for our conference participants.

The Sponsor Spotlight session will take place on Thursday afternoon during the conference following our last conference session and will include the following:

• Use of the main conference room for two hours on Thursday afternoon following the conference sessions with the other sponsors.
• The abiltiy to hold individual meetings, small group presentations, or other interactions with our attendees without the time limitations of our mid-session breaks.
• You are welcome to provide snacks or make other arrangements for your group during this time, and we will be happy to help you to arrange that with the hotel event staff.
• This session will normally require an additional $50 fee to help us to cover the additional facility rental costs, but this year it is FREE for you to participate with a paid regular sponsorship.  Simply select the add-on during registration to let us know that you would like to participate.

Sponsorship Requirements:

1. $400 fee linked to a specific conference event, meal, or resource.  Options include: lunch, welcome reception, snacks/beverages, and the conference room rental.
2. Three door prizes with a value of $20-25 each to add to those provided by our executive board members.

How to Sponsor our Conference:

1. Choose your sponsorship option at the top of this page.
2. Select the number of sponsorships of each type that you would like to purchase.  Be sure to include the Sponsor Spotlight session if you would like to participate!
3. Click Register Now.
4. Complete all required fields on the information page.
5. Choose a payment method:  
1. If you want to pay using a credit/debit card, please choose the CREDIT CARD option.
2. If you want to pay by personal or institutional check, choose the CHECK option. Please make checks payable to NCCCSPA and follow the mailing instructions included in the registration form.
6. Click Complete Reservation.  Make a note of your reservation reference number and watch your email for a confirmation.
7. Complete payment:
1. If you chose Credit Card, enter your card number when asked and then click to submit payment.
2. If you chose Check, mail the check to the address on your emailed conference reservation within ten days of registration. (NOTE: if your organization needs longer to process your registration, please let us know.  We will be happy to work with you.)
8. Print the confirmation page, or check your email to verify that you received the confirmation email.
9. Once your registration is complete, visit 2018 Annual Conference page on www.ncccspa.org for hotel reservation information and instructions.
